Our Pinot & Puppies memberships support this no-kill shelter.

Donation Requests

Each year we are asked to contribute to hundreds of charitable causes. We wish we could accommodate all these donation requests; unfortunately, we are simply unable to fulfill them all.

We review donation requests on a quarterly basis (the first week of January, April, July and October), so please allow sufficient time for your request to be evaluated.

Please note: We contribute certificates for experience-based visits to our estate in Amity, Oregon. We do not make donations of wine, however nonprofit organizations with formal 501(c)3 status may be eligible to purchase at a discount.

We give preference to events that are hyper-local and/or where we can be in attendance to meet people and share our vineyard’s story.

Due to the large number of requests we receive, we generally consider just one donation each calendar year per eligible organization.

To submit your request, please comply with the following guidelines:

  • Email your request to hospitality@keelerestatevineyard.com. No phone calls, please.
  • Attach a donation request letter on organization letterhead.
  • If approved, you will be notified via email. No need to follow up!
  • Submitting a donation request does not guarantee a donation.

Dear friends of Keeler Estate Vineyard, well here we are again having to close our doors to keep all from getting the Corona Virus.

The good thing is that we already have experience with this type of situation and can handle it like a pro. This means that no one is going to be without our wines if we can help it.

Although we are officially closing our tasting room from 11/18 to 12/2 we will be here close to the phone and our computers to take care of any needs you might have. There is plenty of wine in inventory for you to customize your holiday wine orders.

If you need to have your orders shipped during this time, we will take care of that for you.

Otherwise, you can come and experience our curbside pickup with a smile, and there is also online ordering available.

Be well friends and our team is looking forward to hearing from you.
