We served this delicious and warming beverage at the start of our German Christmas Dinner.
It’s a delightful, and simple, way to welcome holiday guests in from the cold.

  • 1 bottle – Keeler Estate Vineyard Pinot Gris, 750ml
  • 1½ to 2 tsp – Organic Honey or/and Organic Sugar (or to taste)
  • 2 small – Organic Cinnamon sticks
  • 1/2 – Organic Lime
  • 2 each – Whole Cloves

Heat up in pot on stove for about 15 minutes, do not boil, enjoy!
